Yes, if you would like connect a 1800 number instead of the 1300 number, you are able to do so.

Is There a Minimum Contract Term?

Yes, we have a minimum contract term of 3 months for the service. After the 3 months, there is no lock in contract.

Is the Bundle Only Available with the Business 24/7 Answering Service?

No, you can bundle your 1300/1800 number with any of our 24/7 live answering services. The monthly access fee will be adjusted for any difference in live answering charges. You will still receive the same amount of call credits for your 1300/1800 number.

Can the 1300/1800 Number Only Divert to the Call Centre?

No, your calls can be diverted to any number you require. We are able to divert your 1300/1800 number to our operators during specific times such as after hours and your desired mobile or landline during all other times.

Can I Change My Rate Plan?

Yes, our plans are very flexible. If you're finding that your plan no longer suits your current call volume, you can easily move up or down in plans by sending a request to our Customer Care Team. Rate plan changes take effect from the first of the next calendar month.

What Happens If I Want to Split the Services and Only Keep One?

You can split the services at any time after the minimum term of 3 months. If you wish to keep one service and disconnect the other, then all you have to do is select an individual plan of the service you want to keep. Then contact our Customer Care Team to request the change.
