The numbers are used for incoming calls only and can be answered on either a landline or a mobile phone.

1800 numbers are virtual numbers and are only used to receive incoming calls. Calls made to the 1800 number are diverted to the answering point, which can be either a mobile, landline, or virtual reception service. Once the call is answered, it's connected between you and the caller.
